Well, ZFS won't get into Linux, because GPLv2 and GPLv3 will be incompatible as GPLv3 adds some more restrictions to ensure the freedom of the end-users. So you most likely will not see ZFS in Linux, however, ZFS is already being ported to FreeBSD and DragonFly-BSD.
