Sub-$10 processor does HD video, runs Linux

linuxdevices.com — The chipmaker launched its sub-$10 TMS320DM355 SoC (system-on-chip), together with a development board running MontaVista Linux, at the IBC video broadcaster's convention in London this week.

    or perhaps it's not and needs all that supporting hardware.
