Because it's not patentable. The courts have decided this case after case. Even some of MS current patents aren't really patentable. A process can be patented, but the code to execute the process can not, as the cases have indicated. - schestowitz, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Ballmer is McBride 2.0.
