- Ademan, on 11/30/2008, -1/+3Note you don't have to access D-Bus through the command line, there are bindings for python (http://dbus.freedesktop.org/doc/dbus-python/doc/tu ... and c#, c, and probably a nicer version of the c bindings for c++ java, ruby and perl(and maybe more).
You can find out what D-Bus objects are present using the qdbus command, or using a gui like d-feet (https://fedorahosted.org/d-feet/) or D-Bus explorer (http://www.ndesk.org/DBusExplorer) d-feet is in the ubuntu repositories, and dbus-explorer provides an ubuntu/debian deb. - devilhorns, on 11/30/2008, -1/+1Buried because dbus (and python) suck !!!
