I go to shmoocon and other cons, i dunno if Stallman was tired. I can understand the guy's broken english and then again i can see Stallman's responses to the questions.

He does appear to be in a foreign country wouldn't you say? Under the circumstances it seems like he tried to understand the questions and answer them as best he could.
