marc.info — Richard Stallman sent a message to OpenBSD-Misc, saying he doesn't recommend OpenBSD because it has proprietary software on their ports. His mail started a huge thread and since then he's under a blast of messages from Theo de Raadt and the OpenBSD users. Worth to see Theo's arguments and obviously, the irony on his answers. Shame on, Richard.

    With due respect to him, I think he has gone overboard this time by claiming that OpenBSD is promoting non-free software because it has some links in some Makefiles. His argument defending gcc and emacs for windows does not hold enough merit.
