- DeVryGuy, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Yeah, I get tired of old news and dupe post comments. Listen, if there is another identical article like in very recent history, that is one thing, but you can expect everyone to have read everything you have. Moreover, there is now a handy little drop down up top now that you can report "Old News" or "Dupe post". Why do you feel the need to advertise that?
Lets stick to discussing the article at hand, shall we? - mrblack, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1nerds + porn = heaven

Are comments like this really necessary? Should we all check with everyone before posting something to make sure no one has actually heard of the post first? - shawgo, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0only teenagers complain about old news and dupe posts.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Quote from mirrors.playboy.com
"Playboy's resident tech nerds would like to thank the authors, contributors, bug testers, and everyone else involved in the Open Source software we use on a daily basis. THANK YOU!" - sneakerelph, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0hahahaha
- recover82, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0why even post if it's "old news".
just because you had read it earlier doesn't make you on the "cutting edge" - vekron, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0They are also mirroring Firefox, Thunderbird, Apache, FreeBSD, and CPAN. Not new stuff.
- siliconsnake, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Does it come with playmate wallpapers for X?

- Koskun, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I remember actually downloading fedora core 7 I believe from them atleast a year or so ago with very fast speeds.
If they have the bandwidth, why not?
While not new news it is an interesting digg to say the least. - Ostermayer, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0jono181...i believe that one question is "WHY?"

- anorris, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I remember actually downloading fedora core 7 I believe from them atleast a year or so ago with very fast speeds.
Perhaps RedHat 7? Fedora Core is only up to version 4 and it hasn't been out a year. - ArchAngel21x, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Now you have a good reason for your wife when she asks why you visited Playboy's Web site.
- twistymcgee, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0"I remember actually downloading fedora core 7 I believe from them atleast a year or so ago with very fast speeds."

They've got the bandwith and the space and they feel that they should contribute something to the software that keeps their site open 24/7/365 for all the 13 year old boys in the world. - camintmier, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Say it with me folks. "Open source porn." Haha.
