hitechsquad.com — Francois Bancilhon has all but accused Microsoft of dirty tactics in an open letter to Steve Ballmer concerning a Mandriva contract with the Nigerian government. Francois then asks Steve “What have you done to these guys to make them change their mind like this?” Attached comments imply that Microsoft paid them to switch to Windows

    Second: Where is your proof? Answer: you don't have any. Spouting off allegations of impropriety without evidence is not only morally and legally improper, but a foolish and childish thing to do.
    Did MS somehow pressure Nigeria into switching? Probably, and I would love to know the truth...but that's the thing: I want facts, not speculation.
