Intel buys Linux distro

linuxdevices.com — "Poky Linux" and Matchbox developer OpenedHand announced that it has been acquired by Intel to work on Intel's Moblin stack for mobile Internet devices (MIDs) and other mobile devices.

  • ptFoe, on 08/28/2008, -5/+2Nice news for Linux in general but it must hurt Ubuntu. I guess they found them to slow to implement new ideas. Similar to the mess with new theme in Hardy and Intrepid.
