  • leszek, on 07/27/2008, -0/+2Except all it does is converting the file to a hex representation with the xxd command.
    If you used this command and now you want to get your original file back, you can use 'xxd -r ' to convert the file back
    Or you can use this command in vi:
    %!xxd -r
