Gaming on Ubuntu (Linux)
look2linux.com — There is also always the opportunity to run a virtual machine to run your windows programs (that will be the topic of my next post). So, next time someone says to you that they don ’t want to switch to Linux because they won’t be able to play games, you might want to correct them.

My list is growing and growing ;) - MattFromSeattle, on 07/23/2008, -1/+2The same set of games that's been brought up for the past 5 years as 'proof' that you can game in Linux. If you're a PC gamer, you might be able to run some of your games in Wine, but the performance will suck. Until games are actually produced to be run on Linux, people will have to settle for some 'okay' open-source games and little else. Dual boot.
