- baalzebub, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1I can live with that, I bet RMS will relicense the GNU Tool Chain and other products under his command under GPL-3 anyway, and who knows what other GPL-2 products will move to GPL-3...
lets just wait & see ;^) - baalzebub, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1it will not slow down the development of Linux, it just separates the wheat from the chaff,

| Personally I think it's a bad idea and that Novell are going to
| get stung by the GPLv3, and rightfully so. The license is designed
| to keep the software free, if it fails to do this then it needs
| fixing, so GPLv3 hopefully will fix this flaw.

'Nuff said. Never say never. - afaictbr, on 10/11/2007, -1/+0Is it a strategy of Microsoft to slow down the development of Linux ? These deals with Linux distributions like Microsoft-Novell and Microsoft-Linspere?
Is it ? I think we are in a bad situation right now if kernel does not release with GPLv3.
What I want is this situation need to be solved as fast and smart as possible! It cant interrupt our people of GPL development!
