Flame War Erupts on Red Hat Bugzilla Over A Broken Update

bugzilla.redhat.com — An extremely upset Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 user community has been waging battle for over two months with regards to what should have been a painless 5.2 update. To make matters worse, the engineers began replying to user comments with the equivalent of "What do you want us to do about it?" This quickly degenerated into an all out flame war.
