  • benanzo, on 09/04/2008, -0/+1I sure hope the new mini Inspiron debuts at less than $400! Right now I can get a EEE 900 on Amazon with 1GB RAM and 16GB flash for $385. I don't think it has the Atom processor, but it's definitely a better deal if Dell starts the low-end (512MB RAM, 4GB flash) at $400. I like Dell, I definitely want to buy one of these -- but they're going to have to do better than that to sway me away from the EEE. I've been waiting far too long for this market to mature to wait any longer. If the best they can do is $400 for the low-end, I'll go with the EEE.
