- shrewduser, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2why do so many companies wait until they're about to go under or are 1 billion short of expectations before using linux as a last ditch effort to become profitable?
- schestowitz, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2It would have been surprising in a sense if they indeed bought Palm (without ALP, due to division). That last paragraph is definitely news. There are so many parallel development, so Motorola just needs to stick closer to all these alliances and wait until Sybian's party is blown away (here's ABI's latest research findings: http://www.tekrati.com/research/News.asp?id=8609 ). Provided Motorola can stay at the edge, it'll cash in, eventually.
