  • Orbity, on 11/15/2008, -0/+2I believe it's a giant step in the right direction. To have governments thinking of open source alternatives is a great thing. Edubuntu is a wonderful educational OS. I have installed for several students of varied ages who really enjoy and like it. TuxPaint is a huge hit with the young kiddies. TuxMath is great too.
