An early look at Freespire Linux

desktoplinux.com — SJVN previews the upcoming Freespire Linux distro and pronounces it a "fine Windows replacement desktop for home users." It comes with a generous helping of controversy, though, since it includes proprietary drivers for DVD-playing, A/V codecs, WiFi, etc. Nice, if you like that sort of thing.
