Advent & Ubuntu, A Perfect Partnership?

kd-signofthetimes.blogspot.com — I recently purchased an Advent 4211 from PC World. I have no interest in Win-doh's being an Ubuntu convert so my first task would be to install Ubuntu 8.04.1 LTS Hardy Heron.

  • wrek, on 09/05/2008, -1/+1There are other solutions than the Advent. The Asus doesn't have to be the only alternative. One that comes to mind is the Acer (yuck) Aspire One -- get the Windows version and put Ubuntu on it. Google for tablet PC reviews.
