As for the Chinese girl, she is very good too...but she is finger-picking for god's sake (like classical guitarists usually do) -she will always be faster than a picking guitarist - which include most guitarists like petrucci, vai and satriani!

As for the Asian girl, i was just stunned and mesmerized by that excellent piece of music and very well played too.
Go to youtube and punch in her name there are a few clips of her performing other classical pieces. I believe the piece she performs in the video posted above is 'Paganini Caprice 24'. She also has a CD out too.
