- Ribbys, on 06/06/2008, -0/+1Technically, yes. An event that requires skill, and is played competitively can be called a sport. Its just not athletically demanding, but does require a good deal of power to be at the top level.
Im not a golf fan, but am a kinesiologist and thus aware of the demands of sport. Hockey is dear to me, and I dont really care what any golfer thinks about it. Who watches golf anyway?
