What were you saying? ***** troll. welcome to my block list digga - aherman, on 07/02/2009, -0/+13***** You Heatley.
- alx1507, on 07/02/2009, -0/+9I'm a little sad that Hossa is going to the blackhawks :(
- stopwatch00, on 07/02/2009, -0/+7pretty much any sport can be ridiculed if you break it down...grow up.
- akhockey17, on 07/02/2009, -0/+6When you go on tour, I'll be the first in line. Well done sir.
- nevetssav, on 07/02/2009, -0/+5Keep in mind they'll be losing a lot of the existing headliners: Koivu, Higgins, Kovalev, Tanguay. They're still missing a goaltender too.
- Onethirtytwo, on 07/02/2009, -0/+5Anderson was a good sign by the Avs
- inactive, on 07/02/2009, -0/+5They are going to be a seriously strong team in the next few years.
- rhuzyo, on 07/02/2009, -0/+4i prefer sportnets tracker http://www.sportsnet.ca/hockey/nhl_signing_tracker ...
- cmallinson, on 07/02/2009, -0/+4I can see it happening. He's going to get booed out of any building in Canada after this BS stunt of his. Demand a trade from a team where you just signed a long term contract, and then refuse to waive your no-trade clause when they find a suitor? What an a-hole.
- skeletorcares, on 07/02/2009, -0/+4well that was an ignorant enough statement for a block.
- Rev0lver, on 07/02/2009, -1/+5Not when you remember that they have to re-sign their youth next year...
- Spandia, on 07/02/2009, -0/+3God dammit, Capitals.
- skeletorcares, on 07/02/2009, -0/+3i'm going to disagree.
sincerely,
blackhawks fan. - SSDrunks, on 07/02/2009, -0/+3Like what?
Montreal signed a 40 goal scorer
The Blackhawks spent 60 mil on Hossa
The Canucks resigned the Sedin twins - SSDrunks, on 07/02/2009, -0/+3I hated the Rangers signing Brashear. He almost killed Blair Betts in the playoffs. Would have rather resigned Orr, but not for Burke's 4 years...
- FaithclubDotNet, on 07/02/2009, -0/+3Penguins signed Ulf Samuelson's son. This makes me happy.
- akhockey17, on 07/02/2009, -0/+3Habs are already looking unreal at the moment and it was only the first day. Solid pickups between Gomez, Gionta and Cammalleri make them awful scary for the time being.
- Rev0lver, on 07/02/2009, -0/+2So incredibly happy the Rangers nabbed Gaborik. He's a huge gamble, but the payoff could be so incredibly worth it. This recent surgery [the same one Lemieux and A-Rod had] looks like it'll correct his groin problems. Totally worth it, and just what we need.
- TwoFootAfro, on 07/02/2009, -1/+3Solid pickups? More like short pickups. 5'7 and 5'9
- TwoFootAfro, on 07/02/2009, -0/+2Heatley to LA? No way in hell
- Coercion, on 07/02/2009, -0/+2well he just jinxed another contending team now didn't he
- akhockey17, on 07/02/2009, -0/+2Correction sir. With the addition of Hal Gill, their average size skyrocketed. Talent-wise...questionable
- sgerwel1985, on 07/02/2009, -0/+2I am really surprised how inactive the Penguins were today. Seeing as Shero has been in search of that "elite winger" and he had several options today and failed to pull the trigger; Havlat, Gaborik, Cammallari, Gionta... I mean either one of them would have fit well on the team.
Oh well, enough of my depression with my team in particular. The Canadians by far stole the day with their acquisitions, and i find it highly unlikely for them to be done right now as well.
Also, what the hell is L.A. thinking? They have so much cap space and made no big moves yet, very surprising... Maybe we are seeing them prepping for the Heatley deal? - DetroitIsCool, on 07/02/2009, -1/+3I wouldn't necessarily say "strong." I lost a lot of respect for Hossa following his egg-laying in the playoffs this season; signing him for that long seems risky. Plus Kane, Toews and Keith are free agents next summer (restricted) and they'll have no room. Hossa is no Zetterberg or Datsyuk...Put your hands up for Detroit...!
- avirk86, on 07/02/2009, -0/+2TSN's is pretty good too
- brownsound00, on 07/02/2009, -0/+2Bravo! Your argument is so compelling. I enjoy the multiple reasons you supply to substantiate your negative opinion on one of the greatest games in the world. Regardless, it just makes my decision to add you to my block list a LOT easier!
Thanks a lot ya sack of *****! - avirk86, on 07/02/2009, -0/+2start of annual NHL Free Agency = Canada Day = No working = Beer drinking = lots of happy people = a step closer to world peace
therefore if you cared for world peace, you would care for NHL free agency - avirk86, on 07/02/2009, -0/+2I raise you a Jeff Finger
- Coreyc150, on 07/02/2009, -0/+2***** yourself dickhole
- SSDrunks, on 07/02/2009, -0/+2You still play in a division with Tampa Bay, Florida and Atlanta.
- avirk86, on 07/02/2009, -0/+2Unreal? This is the NHL, Snap, Crackle and Pop are going to get eaten alive by the Charas and Lucics of the league
- SSDrunks, on 07/02/2009, -0/+2What? They managed to decrease their average size about 5 inches today, the Bruins will love knocking Gomer all over the ice. And I despise Boston.
- jaydark123, on 07/02/2009, -0/+1Unfortunately, they still have Hannan. He is probably one of the useless players in the league.
- duniyadnd, on 07/02/2009, -0/+1That's ok.. while I'm dreaming I will say this, that we have Zherdev who this season will make backflips while scoring... and at the same time, he'll actually give a damn and get off cruise speed.
- jaromir68, on 07/02/2009, -1/+2There are a lot of teams that have some big decisions to make. Especially looking at you Pittsburgh, Montreal, Chicago and Vancouver.
- brownsound00, on 07/02/2009, -0/+1He'll get booed out of any building... regardless of the country. That's a pretty dick move, unless there are some other issues involved. I mean, the sens did play horribly last year... there must have been SOMETHING that happened last year.
- scottcxv, on 07/02/2009, -0/+1strong enough to make it to the final but weak enought to lose the final although my hate for hossa is astounding i would like toews to win it so he can bring the cup back to winnipeg and the Dakota CC, you gotta cheer for home grown talent
- brownsound00, on 07/02/2009, -1/+2Size doesn't matter anymore
- brownsound00, on 07/02/2009, -0/+1He's a huge pick up over Gomez. I'm scared :(
- fakeplasticsnow, on 07/09/2009, -0/+1Have fun losing in the finals!
- avirk86, on 07/02/2009, -0/+1Halvat for 5M seems pretty good
- myempyrean, on 07/02/2009, -0/+1Wait, what are crashes?
- avirk86, on 07/02/2009, -0/+1I know, its not really fair
- Jeembo, on 07/02/2009, -0/+1thanks for havlat.
sincerely,
wild fan. - Coercion, on 07/02/2009, -0/+1the pens better resign rob freakin scuderi
- hawk0168, on 07/02/2009, -0/+1As a Wild fan I'll say this - TAKE HIM
You'll soon realize that all he does is cherry pick in the neutral zone waiting for a breakaway pass. Once on the breakaway he uses only his speed to fool goalies. He has NO moves. Watch him try and backhand a puck. It's like he's physically incapable of going topshelf.
I've hated him for years. - SSDrunks, on 07/02/2009, -0/+0Needed the sniper, and according to Carpineillo the doctors checked him out well enough.
I figure a line of Aves-Dubi-Gabby, sick. - procrastinizer, on 07/02/2009, -0/+0Nah, the Pens had no space for either of those guys. They were tight against the cap with some roster spots left to fill. I'm happy they haven't lost too many players so far... I hope Scuderi re-signs!
- skeletorcares, on 07/02/2009, -1/+1you can have his janky shoulder.
