- aabudara, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1Great article ! I assume that I have not balance in my diet, I usually eat in a hurry due to the work obligations, and I know this is bad, I would like to follow something like Yin & Yang.
- cyber49, on 10/11/2007, -0/+0I've never taken this sort of stuff seriously, but as I get older (and wiser?), I'm beginning to. Thanks for the article...
- dedediddle, on 10/11/2007, -0/+0Most of us rush through the day and life altogether. It is a good idea to stop and listen sometimes to what our body says before it is too late and we need to bombard our organism with antibiotics and other chemistry. Hope you enjoy today.
- lingil, on 10/11/2007, -0/+0Thanks for the reminder that balance and moderation are the key to enjoying life. To many times we are to busy trying to get as much done in a day as possible that we forget to take care of ourselves.
- RSusan, on 10/11/2007, -0/+0As always, moderation is the key. There is still a huge debate going about the protein/carbohydrate topic. I feel that our bodies were made to handle both. However, if you feel that for you personally this doesn't work, there is surely no harm in keeping them seperate. We need to be more careful about what we ingest. Unfortunately many health professionals are not taught more than the absolute basics in this regard. Hope this will change some day.
- barretina, on 10/11/2007, -0/+0It is so very true that we spend the first 40 years of our lives wrecking our bodies and the last 40 trying to repair them!
It is a true shame we are not taught as young children how to have balance in our lives.
