businessshrink.biz — Researchers from the University of Alabama in Birmingham (UAB) have released their findings in the July issue of the International Journal of Psychophysiology. Researchers found that working hard when exhausted increases blood pressure which increases the chance of a heart attack, stroke or kidney damage. American's hours worked now exceed Japan's.
