If it is in the things that can and will change then you will be very unhappy. Joy is not limited to something as superficial as an age. I am so amazed at how many folks, apparently, base so much of their "happiness" on the shape and youth of the body. Take care of your body and it will look healthy at any age, and the spirit that lives inside that body will shine through.
