Why 25% of Teenage Girls have Sexually Transmitted Diseases

            People should not murder is taught by society and enforced by Government, because the negative consequences may negatively affect me.

            I would hope, for your sake, that your children have been taught by society to respect your authority as a parent.

            The judicial system in a free society would not function in a society without "do not bear false witness."

            If these things bother you, then I would hope that your children stay away from me, because I would not be interested in associating with them.

          I remember being a (rather prim) teenage girl. If I was cheerful and outgoing, that meant I was a TEASE. If I was reserved, it meant I was frigid. There are no in-betweens in a boy's mind. It seems that many of them refuse to EVER grow up as well, and unlike my *friends* on Digg, they keep blaming the ladies for what they don't get, and insulting them for what they DO.

God's plan is clear, sex between a man and a woman in marriage only. No other sexual act is permissible within God's plan. But parents today have been duped into believing that they cannot teach or expect their teens to abstain from sex until marriage. Sad...and untrue. If we seek God, He promises we will find Him. If we reject Him...well you can see what the results are all around you. God bless you all.

  • IconoclastStill, on 05/13/2008, -0/+5It is the breakdown of the family unit, as much as anything. Kids learn their values more from actions and environments than from words - the former is real, the latter only theory unless demonstrated by deed. When you have children of children having children, grandmothers at age 30 and no male role model for however many generations, it becomes the accepted social norm. Throw in an entitlement mentality, the "right" to immediate gratification marketed and demonstrated all around us, the lesson from TV that all problems can be solved in 30 or 60 minutes (less commercial time), the denial or personal responsibility, of course kids are going to act nuts.
