- ripperdav, on 04/15/2009, -0/+2Yes, that was a helpful article. It's quite easy to see how we take something like walking and our feet for granted. Obviously there is a lot more at work here than meets the eye. Thanx for the insight!
- vzerbee, on 05/20/2009, -0/+1When you think about it, our feet take a beating. All of my kids have played basketball and their feet can really get torn up and visibly nasty as a result of all that pounding. 150 percent of our body weight is a lot, and when you think about it that way I guess they don't complain to us as much as they could. I learned quite a bit about the foot here and believe we need to take good care of this important part of our body.
- maylehmann, on 04/26/2009, -0/+1Hahaha, I love the video. Very funny video. We've been taking a lot of things for granted nowadays, we rarely see the importance of it.
