The fact is if a person with a religious belief chooses to do a job that entails doing something against their belief, that is their choice to make. If the job is against their beliefs and they will not violate their beliefs, they shouldn't do the job. And for some reason people let them get away with it because it's only one or two medications. What if someone's beliefs said no one should ever put drugs into their body? And they became a pharmacist, should they be allowed to receive a paycheck while doing no work? Not dispensing one medication is exactly the same thing as refusing to dispense all medications. If you become a pharmacist you dispense all drugs or you don't take the job. Period.

Look, it's one thing to have a moral opinion ("Jesus saves," "murder is wrong," "improving the lives of millions is good," etc). It's another thing entirely to not realize it.
