For it to be toxic to the body you would have to consume gargantuan amounts. Aspartame is great for diabetics who have trouble controlling blood sugar because it's a non-coloric sweetener. So really, aspartame is a healthy alternative.
- srqbud, on 12/29/2008, -0/+0Since when is aspertame a healthy ingredient? Weight Watchers has included it in some of the products to cut out the sugar. So then ingesting a neuro toxin is called healthy, WW probably helped underwrite the article!
