- stringerb, on 02/06/2008, -2/+6Good and practical advice. I especially like the obvious but very important tip # 1.
- bhaelochon, on 02/06/2008, -2/+20#8: Spend less time on Digg.
- thinktrunk, on 02/06/2008, -0/+0Just like me.
- turnthepage, on 02/06/2008, -5/+4You'd think that since a list like this hits the front page at least once a week, diggers would have this stuff memorized.
- mistergoodburge, on 02/06/2008, -0/+1#2: Stay off this dam machine that gives me the internet, i really hate computers how long are we on it instead of being productive?
- nveg, on 02/08/2008, -0/+0Damn straight. My genetics homework and analytical lab are not finishing themselves. Haha.
- 6minuteabs, on 02/06/2008, -0/+12My resolution was to comment on articles I didn't bother to read. I nailed it today.
- Misinformant, on 02/06/2008, -0/+1Aim for the top left corner of the net.
- Sharky35, on 02/06/2008, -1/+6Goal Buddy? Too yag for me!
- Feep, on 02/06/2008, -3/+9Can we stop with this pathetic "achieving your goals" crap? We get one of these articles on the front page every week. Yeah, write down your goals, set aside time, we get it. Blogger, maybe you should set a goal to get a real job one of these days.
- Cronikeys, on 02/06/2008, -0/+6How is this list a secret?
- thinktrunk, on 02/06/2008, -4/+1Great advice, but beware... be very selective in choosing your goal buddy. If you're after your friends job, DO NOT make him your goal buddy.
- JoaoPe, on 02/06/2008, -3/+1Here we go with the advises...
- reclusiveraider, on 02/06/2008, -2/+4this is great and all, but will it get me laid?
- nonym, on 02/06/2008, -2/+0s/Breakthroughs/Breaksthrough/ for great productivity. ;)
- cruik, on 02/06/2008, -3/+0Hey man this stuff works. How do you think Hillary Clinton has made it this far?...Although it helps when your buddy is Satan.
- OwlFlavored, on 02/06/2008, -2/+1Can't seem to achieve your goals? Try lowering your standards! Can't lose 5 pounds each month? How about you try to gain 10 each month!
- travbrack, on 02/06/2008, -3/+4What's with all this self help ***** on Digg?
- jjacksonRIAB, on 02/06/2008, -1/+5I regularly see tips about losing weight, getting exercise, and inspirational stuff like this on Digg.
Is there like a hidden female digg crowd trying to nag us to not be such slobs? Maybe our moms are plugged into our routers using telepathy or something to remind us to wear a coat before we catch cold.
- jjacksonRIAB, on 02/06/2008, -1/+5I regularly see tips about losing weight, getting exercise, and inspirational stuff like this on Digg.
- grusandcrux, on 02/06/2008, -1/+1Behold, another amazing Secret of the unseen yet all-powerful force which binds together the Universe and determines the fate of Humanity, which only a select few are chosen to know through the power of reading Internet web pages and books in a somewhat overlooked corner of Borders and Barnes & Noble. Will YOU heed the call and learn to control your own destiny?
- Damien79, on 02/06/2008, -1/+2Too many steps. buried.
- RedRummy, on 02/06/2008, -1/+1you goal is to reach the end of the article..
- n3xu5, on 02/06/2008, -1/+2My first goal is to go outside and find a buddy.
- lucidguru, on 02/06/2008, -1/+4#8. Stop smoking so much weed.
- tapeworm77, on 02/06/2008, -0/+1My goal is to smoke more weed
- mal1964, on 02/06/2008, -0/+11. FEAR; Always Face And Challenge It!
- Cherubim, on 02/06/2008, -1/+11. Get off the computer
2. Get a life
3. Get laid- bustergonad, on 02/06/2008, -0/+1== Profits !!!
- Solis, on 02/06/2008, -0/+14. Go ***** yourself.
- bustergonad, on 02/06/2008, -0/+1Still trolling from the sanctuary of your mothers basement I see,.. It's a shame that this thread is a positive and non confrontational one, otherwise you could be venting in your usual milquetoast manner of how you're killing cops, and wishing the troops death, while simultaneously rejoicing that some woman somewhere, anywhere, died, because she wasn't sexually active with you. Its a good thing you live in Scranton and not where I live, or I'd be fearing the presence of another serial killer in my midst,..but then again,..I'll live my life according to my comment,..and you can follow the advice in your comment.
- spyd3rweb, on 02/06/2008, -0/+1Anyone else forget their New Years resolution already?
- Aceguy, on 02/06/2008, -0/+0A goal buddy huh? Wow, never heard of this one before. wonder what sort of results fellow diggers have had from this before.
- octophobic, on 02/06/2008, -0/+1I have a goal buddy but he's never been instrumental in my weight loss. If he were more like Sam Kinison and less like Mr. Rogers that might be more of a motivator.
- dafragsta, on 02/06/2008, -0/+1Anyone else smell the condescension in a site titled "Dumb Little Man?"
- Greenergrass, on 02/06/2008, -0/+0A loss of time... Even if I made some resolutions that are dear to me, I like to see some randomnless in my life because life is thus and we don't need someone to check if we achieve our goals. If we don't, it means things were not gathered to make them true.
- janwit, on 02/06/2008, -0/+1I started making workout dates with my friends, rather than seeing them for dinner. So far so good Being held to 'meeting' someone else makes you show up
- Bigcolby, on 02/06/2008, -0/+1I googled the writers name and found no breakthroughs. Burried as innacurate.
- The_Dude, on 02/06/2008, -0/+1I don't like anything that requires me to have a "buddy". In fact, I don't even like the word "buddy". I hate it when some jaggoff calls me "buddy". If I were language czar, I'd eliminate the word and punish users of it.
- MattyMo424, on 02/07/2008, -0/+0Getting started is half the battle...
- worldonfire1, on 02/09/2008, -1/+0I've made my goals and have stuck to every one of them (yay!) well, except the whole goal buddy thing... sounds a little lame but, eh.. why not? anyone interested?! :*)
