- momoftwingirls, on 08/14/2008, -0/+1Sounds lovely. Although with almost three year old twins around me all the time, it would be difficult to perform at least one or two of these workouts. But, I can see my twins wanting to workout with me. That might be fun!

- TheFitMama, on 08/27/2008, -0/+0Love it, Lis!!! Excellent workout and advice, as well! And, for the "momoftwingirls", I am also a mom of twins. Try having the kiddies do modified jumps or lunges with you. Or, you can simply have them "count for Mommy to keep Mommy going!!!" You know, "let's see how many Mommy can do!?!?" The more you get them involved, the easier it is- on all of you!
Alissa, thank you again, for your innovative ideas and creative expertise. You are always a joy to read! - TriMom73, on 08/15/2008, -0/+0Thanks for the tips! Great ideas!
- VirginiaLW, on 08/14/2008, -0/+0Thanks - I am always in need of time savers!
- carvergirl616, on 08/15/2008, -0/+0Thanks for the great advice - it's true - there's hardly enough time in the day to relax and do the things we enjoy, so working out is something that is often pushed aside. I like the way everything is broken down to make the workout fast and intense! I think this is one workout I might be able to squeeze in :)
