Porn isn't about the pleasure of the couple being filmed, it's about how VISIBLE the sex is. You know all those scenes where the woman is moaning in ecstasy while being penetrated but her ***** is remaining untouched? She's faking it. Maybe a few of them aren't, but the vast majority are acting their little hearts out. If the guy was doing it right, you wouldn't be able to see hardly anything, which wouldn't make for a very arousing porn movie.
