- neuen, on 02/16/2008, -1/+11so if stress causes cancer..
the cure to cancer would be...
sex and alcohol? - PurpleSfinx, on 02/16/2008, -0/+6Sexahol.
- Ninnux, on 02/16/2008, -0/+5Spent seven years researching cancer. I know it's cliche, but nearly anything can cause mutations of genes. Stress, cigarettes, lack of sleep, lack of sex, lack of exercise, too much saturated fat, too much Omega 6 fatty acids, too little Omega 3 fatty acids, extended localized wounding, viruses, radiation, bad air, bad teeth, improper alignment of the planets, Christian Rock, Industrialization, Republicans, current fad dieting, nepotism. The list goes on and on.
- valardur, on 02/16/2008, -0/+3But then again with sex increased chances of HPV infection which might develop into cervical cancer, so... stick to alcohol ?
- diadem2, on 02/16/2008, -0/+2great way to give people with stress-filled lives more to stress out about :)
- PurpleSfinx, on 02/16/2008, -0/+2Not to say this isn't good news - almost any research is - but didn't we already know this? Maybe this is far more specific than what we knew before, but I remember a 9 year old telling me (when I was also 9) that stress is a cause of cancer.
- JoeBenjamin, on 02/16/2008, -2/+3Stress cause cancer? That's unpossible!
- inactive, on 02/16/2008, -0/+1Stress makes you sick.
It's harder to fight an illness when you are stressed.
Obvious article is obvious. Buried to hell. - inactive, on 02/16/2008, -0/+1 It's been well known for a long time that stress reduces your ability to fight of all diseases and ailments. I don't know why anyone would be surprised to find out cancer is not exempt from that reality. Oh well, I guess there's money being handed out for research and you have to spend it on something.
- crazywarthog, on 02/16/2008, -0/+1Schmucks, life is suppose to be stressful !
- kupa, on 02/16/2008, -0/+1For a moment I thought this read something like "stress makes it more difficult for the virus!" and i was thinking, well, what the hell, which is it? Stress is bad or stress is good?! i fail at reading.
- inactive, on 02/16/2008, -0/+1ORLY?
- inactive, on 02/16/2008, -1/+1duh common sense. Cancer is so easily beatable if the patient does not do any Radiation Chemo, and changes their lifestyle to better nutrition, using herbal supplements, and living a lesser stressful life. Cancer is so easy to cure. Western establishment medicine is a joke.
- amtheliberator, on 02/16/2008, -2/+2Cervical cancer?
Of course I would be stressed if I had cancer in my cooch! - dudley9, on 05/25/2008, -0/+0http://www.genericsmed.com/

- wittbrij, on 02/16/2008, -0/+0awful title
- submitstory, on 02/18/2008, -0/+0More about the causes and effects of stress:
http://www.peerpapers.com/essays/Stress%3A+Causes+ ... - flashback99, on 02/16/2008, -1/+1Stress does NOT cause cancer! RTFA!
- sexualpredator, on 02/16/2008, -1/+1buried for being ANOTHER study that is absolutely ***** meaningless. Everything is different for every person. My ex had cervical cancer, she was one of the most stressed out people I know. She took it upset and crying everyday (which is understandable) and she had a spectacularly fast recovery. The doctors even attributed her wellbeing to the fact she was so stressed and involved with the situation. Not just any ***** doctors either, ones from the nations first cancer treatment and research facility.
- yopsuo, on 05/19/2008, -0/+0cancer sucks
http://business-cards-4-u.info/yupolo/ - tgc1, on 02/16/2008, -2/+0I'd agree. But I doubt cancer patients have the energy to party like it's 1999. Either way, it seems keeping a real smile on their face might save their lives.
