Answer...
*crickets* - immatellyouwhat, on 03/26/2009, -0/+2"Avoid excessive mental stimulation before bedtime."
"A warm bath or a few minutes of reading in bed, listening to soothing music, or meditating are all useful sleep rituals. Try each one to see what works for you."
Isn't reading mental stimulaton? - RaDdness, on 03/26/2009, -1/+3"dream" of a good night's sleep? that's just silly.
- javajoba, on 04/18/2009, -0/+1A good workout works best for me.
- SilverBack101, on 03/26/2009, -0/+1All I know is that whenever I eat Cobras I end up having nightmares/night terrors of Cobras coming to eat me.
*homer-esque night terror screams* Coooobras! Cooobras! Ahhhh!! - JCH897, on 03/26/2009, -1/+2They left out the part where you dose-dump Ambien and sleep like a baby.
- TheMachine1, on 03/26/2009, -0/+1My hypothesis is since your metabolism is lower at night you should feel slightly hungry at bedtime.
- immatellyouwhat, on 03/26/2009, -0/+1: O dahhhhhhh wut?
- absurdist, on 03/26/2009, -0/+1Reader's Digest?

- pbs11, on 09/23/2009, -0/+0I hate the taste of acai berry. I'd never want them again in my Jamba Juice. I'd prefer the taste of wheatgrass to this. http://www.sweetwheat.com/
- inactive, on 04/12/2009, -0/+0Wow, that was a good article, there are lots of helpful tips there. I particularly like the information on the foods that can convert tryptophan to seratonin. Very interesting.
http://www.acai-berry-free-trials.info - Jsmuli2, on 03/26/2009, -1/+1Reading before sleep is not consistent for me. Either I stay up wayyyy to late because I am too into my book or I am unable to sleep because I can't stop thinking about the story. But then there are some nights where I read for like 30 minutes and then my eyes just close and I'm out.
Celestial Seasons has Sleepy Time Extra, which works wonders because it has every ingredient that helps ppl sleep. - justyouth, on 03/26/2009, -0/+0all i know is that if you don't enough sleep, you will slowly kill the brain, but then who's listening
