- vsujohn2, on 11/05/2009, -0/+21Sometimes I stay up so late, voluntarily or not, that I get to a certain threshold that there's no way I can fall a sleep until much later after that.
- peterjmag, on 11/05/2009, -1/+17"...more than 1 in 10 people, or 11.1%..."
Why wouldn't you just say 1 in 9? - Surferess, on 11/04/2009, -0/+13I have a really hard time sleeping past 5am, and with the time change that is now 4am.
Sucks! - BluZebra, on 11/05/2009, -2/+13Smoke a bowl, lay down in your bed, and watch TV until you fall asleep.
Works like a charm every time. - xerigen, on 11/05/2009, -2/+11I have a really hard time going to bed before 5am, and with the time change that is now 4am. Sucks!
- EvilJelloMan, on 11/05/2009, -0/+9I'm actually on the verge of quitting my job because the boss requires too many hours and I'm not sleeping enough. I've decided a career is a lot less valuable than my health.
- RunDiggMC, on 11/05/2009, -0/+7And it's tough to break the cycle of drinking caffeine and/or toxic energy drinks to compensate for poor sleep, only to have them inhibit your next night's sleep.
- spriggig, on 11/05/2009, -0/+6Actually, most people sleep with their eyes open and don't even realize it.
See, I can make ***** up too. - Vindicoth, on 11/05/2009, -0/+5They just need to smoke some Cannabis indica.
- Crimeodial, on 11/05/2009, -0/+5If that's the dream, I want to wake up.
- spirko, on 11/05/2009, -1/+6There are three kinds of Americans. Those that are good at math and those that aren't.
- appleseed1234, on 11/05/2009, -0/+5Deprive them of sleep and pot, force cheap and crappy entertainment on them, convince them that they're expendable in this recession and had better maximize their productivity in the cubicle and what do you get? The American Way, living the dream baby!
- robharper, on 11/05/2009, -0/+4Damn, how many hours do you work in a week?
- jstearns, on 11/05/2009, -0/+3are you using logic?
- marblewonder, on 11/05/2009, -0/+3title is a bit redundant, no?
- jonstewart24, on 11/05/2009, -1/+4Teenagers have a circadian rhythm shift that is different from adults. They are prone to stay up into the am's more naturally. This eventually evens out and then you can blame it all on bad habits.
- Akairenn, on 11/05/2009, -0/+316? Pfft, lightweight!
z_z - tomjthayer, on 11/05/2009, -0/+3buy better weed.
- damphoud, on 11/05/2009, -0/+3Don't start a company - you'll run into 16 hours everyday... sigh.
- yocouchdigga, on 11/05/2009, -0/+2Damn right.
- Crimeodial, on 11/05/2009, -1/+3No, I work full time and I'm finishing a degree. I also have a social life, it adds up to no time. I wish I had time to play wow.
- Crimeodial, on 11/05/2009, -0/+2I've been sleeping in shifts lately, it totally sucks. 4 hours before work and 2-3 when I get home. I certainly feel much worse than I would if I could just get a night's rest.
- du4l1ty, on 11/05/2009, -0/+2Watch less tv. Always keeps me up no matter how bad it is.
- thevoiceless, on 11/05/2009, -0/+1Mine starts at 9 (Dallas, TX)
- maqikelefant, on 11/05/2009, -0/+1I try that nearly every night. Yet no matter how long I watch TV and how many bowls I smoke, no sleep can be had most of the time.
- airchomper, on 11/05/2009, -0/+1And America's high schools still start at 7:30 (which means you gotta be there by 7 or else you face your fellow teenage drivers and the fleet of suburbans driven by weary soccer moms).
- toolboxnj, on 11/05/2009, -0/+1Screw daylight savings. Got used to the sun coming in at 7:30, now it's 6:30 =/
- whitespace37, on 11/05/2009, -1/+2do you play wow?
- yocouchdigga, on 11/05/2009, -0/+1I take drugs to try to cope but sometimes they don't work. Insomnia is horrible.
- maqikelefant, on 11/05/2009, -0/+1Well, count me as part of that 11.1%. I can't remember the last time I got a decent night's sleep. Even when I pass out after a long night of drinking, I wake up just 3 or 4 hours later, if that.
- ousthouse, on 11/05/2009, -1/+2so, you're thinking that if schools started at 10... kids wouldn't stay up 3 hours later?
- spriggig, on 11/05/2009, -0/+1I think it might be related to a lack of creative output. My mind tends to follow silly, pointless threads of reasoning or fantasy when I can't sleep. Perhaps doing virtually the same thing at work every day and then coming home and passively consuming entertainment leads to our minds craving creative, problem solving thoughts.
- lowdose, on 11/05/2009, -0/+1alcohol and sleeping pills, sleep is wonderful.
- vsujohn2, on 11/05/2009, -0/+1So is your question.
- victorp, on 11/06/2009, -0/+1passing out =\= sleep
- b8man99, on 11/06/2009, -0/+1Indica = sleep, Sativa = like coffee. Ask for a knockout indica from your dealer.
- TheLordOfBlah, on 11/05/2009, -0/+1Toxic is a bit of a strong word.
- Vodd9, on 11/05/2009, -0/+1durrr
- happyimbecile, on 11/05/2009, -0/+1Well, you could reduce that social life a bit for a week and see if that helps. You might find being rested and healthy pays off more than staying out with your buddies.
- PhoebusAl, on 11/06/2009, -0/+0I ain't makin up anything douchebag.

Check your facts before you refute someone, ass. Kill yourself. - TheLordOfBlah, on 11/05/2009, -1/+1Or opiates. Those work good.
- jimmymark, on 11/05/2009, -1/+0i saleep daily only 12 pm to 5 am and i am tired all days. i think this is harmful to my health........
http://ezinearticles.com/?Muscle-Force-Max-Review- ... - PhoebusAl, on 11/05/2009, -3/+0Most people actually don't need 8 hours of sleep. That's just an old idea with no real justification. A lot of people need less than 8 and end up doing themselves more harm than good by sleeping more.
- tymufc, on 11/05/2009, -4/+1Where you spying on me last night?
