  • sfrench, on 10/30/2007, -0/+1It shouldn't be too surprising that we have a *lot* of foreign prokaryotic organisms that live inside of us in a symbiotic fashion. What is really interesting about this is the fact that those organisms affect our immune response and can contribute just as much to our immune system as our genetic makeup.
