Old People Feel 13 Years Younger Than They Are

livescience.com — Older people tend to feel about 13 years younger than their chronological age, a new study finds.The seniors in the study, all 70 and over, also thought they looked about 10 years younger than their numerical age, with women perceiving their appearances to be closer to their actual age than men.

    For some perspective, consider that Al Pacino, Jack Nicholson and Dustin Hoffman are all around 70 years old - all born around the beginning of the 2nd world war. My dad's in his late 60's and is doing great too.

    I wouldn't consider 40 old by any stretch. Lots of hot ladies in their 40's and you can still be in fantastic shape well into your 50's.

    Uppercasing all first letters is just wrong, only justifiable if a dumb algorithm is at work.
