New California Laws on Plastic Surgery Proposed
medicalnewstoday.com — After the death of Kayne West's mother following multiple plastic surgery procedures, two California legislators are calling for heightened regulation and regular inspection of plastic surgery clinics. Donda West died in November 2007 the day after going through liposuction, a tummy tuck and breast reduction procedures at an outpatient clinic.
