Millions In Unused Pills Going Down The Drain
cbs5.com — I saw this on the news and couldn't believe it! Unused medications, still in the packaging, are being flushed down the toilet rather than having them collected to be distributed to thousands of patients (mainly elderly) who can't afford them due to the high cost of medications or lack of insurance. Policies need to be created to correct this!
