Leptin may be have positive implications for the overweight, but without the movement weight is actually gained... of course that is when the test animals are on the extremely high fat diets. I still prefer the benefits that come with a balanced diet and moderate to intermittent vigorous movement producing a daily calorie deficit and progressive reduction in fat weight.
