  • holesome, on 04/06/2009, -0/+1No surprise - the insurance business is about making money. You can't pay salaries and bonuses if you don't make a profit. Like I saw somewhere else the MISTAKE was thinking this was ever a way to control costs... where is the insurance industry's motivation for that? Who thought it might work that way??
