Health is wealth - Tips for a overall healthy life!
medicalhand.com — Health is wealth, goes the old adage and it fits well with any generation. In the recent times we have a lot of engagements that make taking care of ourselves difficult to manage. We take our health for granted. Even when cough and fever catch up on people, they think it is a part and parcel of their daily life.

- inspektor, on 05/27/2008, -11/+5As far as I've read, this is a general guideline for a healthy life.
Very nice article! - subliminalurge, on 05/27/2008, -5/+8Buried for shout-spamming.

- Typhoon2009, on 05/27/2008, -3/+1I await the day a Chipotle burrito has 500 calories.
- DroppedGT, on 05/27/2008, -1/+7164 diggs in... 1 MINUTE??? Did anyone even read it?
- bdbr, on 05/28/2008, -0/+1Judging by the comments I see in Digg threads, a lot of Diggers don't read the articles.
- TurboBeard, on 05/27/2008, -0/+14*****. I logged in just to bury it.
- leerayIG88, on 05/27/2008, -3/+2Exercise a lot and eat whatever you want.
imo..best healthy life. - ResonantFish, on 05/27/2008, -0/+16I can't take a medical article seriously when it talks about the 'digestive track'.
For the record, it's 'tract'. Stupid.- Phattio, on 05/27/2008, -0/+0I logged in exclusively to +digg this comment.

- pstroll, on 05/27/2008, -6/+3I don't see vodka on their list of tips ... article buried
- akermani, on 05/27/2008, -3/+2someone took a ***** on the server
- gutterboy, on 05/27/2008, -0/+17This is the most trite, vague "healthy living" post I have ever seen on digg. Everyone knows what is good and bad. Mix and match, it doesn't ***** matter. Have some drinks, smoke a cigar, there are way too many enjoyable things out there that are bad for you. Like everyone of these things point out, nothing is that bad in moderation. Life is way to ***** short to stress out about every little calorie you eat.
- Travisx2, on 05/27/2008, -2/+9Step 1. submit story with account#1
Step 2. Create account 2, add Pic of cute girl, add comments to make "her" seem geeky,
Make story Favorite for "geeky girl" who just want's to make some friends and then Friend everyone.
Step 4. ...........
Step 5. Profit!
Kinda cool to watch it work real time though... - ElAssoWipo, on 05/27/2008, -3/+2Without reading article, can I guess it's something along the lines of "eat right and exercize"?
Doesn't have anything about smoking and drinking all day, right?
And some ***** about what foods have what result, right? Like accelerating the metabolism and ***** like that? Higher energy levels?
Does it have electrolytes?- asskicker32, on 05/27/2008, -2/+1More than all that, it talks about attitude and taking care of yourself, and not just eating right. Read before you snark.
- asskicker32, on 05/27/2008, -4/+2good advice. I think Im going to live a long life.
- Twinnie, on 05/27/2008, -2/+3I smell spam, there's nothing to this article. It's a one minute read with barely any information at all.
- ihazstatus, on 05/27/2008, -2/+4I'm all about Digg containing articles about Health, but this sounds like it was written by a robot
- Perezoso06, on 05/27/2008, -2/+2sweet, thanks for a ear full of ***** or stuff i already know!
- footodors, on 05/27/2008, -1/+5stress is reading spammy crap like this.
- ihazstatus, on 05/27/2008, -1/+1And P.S. this is what discourages the truly insightful small-timers to just give up.
- mal1964, on 05/27/2008, -0/+4"Health is wealth"
Yep just look at the car your Doctor is driving. - ultraJesus, on 05/27/2008, -1/+3THIS IS A TERRIBLE ARTICLE
- kungfufrog, on 05/28/2008, -1/+0This was a very poor article indeed. Another conspiracy by the Vietnazistalibacong?
- radarplane, on 05/28/2008, -1/+1Thank goodness. I thought 347 people liked that article enough to digg it. It's spam, I read it twice and now I'm thinking about oil in old people's intestines. I'll bury it
- Cattywampus, on 05/28/2008, -1/+1"Medical Hand" is an odd title for a health blog. It sounds like a porn movie set in a hospital.
- Srewob, on 05/28/2008, -1/+0Looks like a "Made for AdSense" article.
- Ladymongoose, on 05/28/2008, -0/+1I already have health...I'll take the wealth part now, thanks.

- intspei, on 05/28/2008, -0/+0nothing in it
- Felixthecat71, on 05/29/2008, -0/+1I just had a moment to look at the article/site. Not bad, I would like to review it more over a few months to truly judge it's usefulness. Until then.
- parkleydon, on 05/30/2008, -0/+0There’s not much to read in the article. The title itself should be enough! Yet it’s still good to be reminded.
- kavin007, on 06/02/2008, -0/+0This is great, if you looking for "the truth about six pack abs", read on : http://www.thetruthaboutsixpackabs.net/
