Her mum had no choice but to explain all the Facts of Life to Her, and now discusses sex with her mates in front of her daughter. My friend is 27. When she took her daughter to the Doctors, he told her it was becoming increasingly normal, and wasn't worth doing anything about, but luckily for her mum, the daughter hasn't started her periods yet.
Here's the clincher though; the daughter is not even remotely fat, and is if anything stick thin. Some people here in Europe are also putting this down to Artificial Oestrogens in the water supply, and in certain foods grown with fertilizers that are known to use chemicals that mimic it.
They say this could also explain the massive skew in the birth ratio of Boys to Girls - In the UK, only one in every 5 babies born is Male, and I know of some schools, although officially mixed, that are 90% female.

You know you see otherwise ambulatory people who can't seem to exert themselves enough to walk up one flight of stairs instead of taking an elevator. Or those people who are perfectly capable of walking rent the electric carts at Disney, or use electric carts at the super market. Then you have people who have to load themselves into their H1 Hummer or Mazda Miata to go 0.25 miles to get a Super-Size Big Mac Combo with a Gallon of Coke when they can ride a bike and burn of at least a little of their 1800 calorie meal.

Although there is no evidence to support my conclusion. that is why all the young gymnasts you see in those huge competitions lack breasts. They start to develop them a few years later.
