FDA Insists: No Donations of Gay Blood; It's Too Icky

associatedcontent.com — This has always bothered me. Why don't they simply ask everyone, "Do you have HIV or any other blood-borne pathogens such as (list of stuff)?" If they say no, they can donate. If they don't know, they can't donate and they are offered a free and anonymous, confidential HIV test. Even after that, they BETTER BE TESTING ALL THE BLOOD THEY GET!
