- mess7777, on 06/18/2008, -7/+90Is this a surprise? Eat more early so you actually are burning it all day. As opposed to eating a huge supper and then going to bed to let your body store it as fat. I suspect that a lot of people would gravitate towards pigging out at lunch and supper too......and they would end up getting bigger yet.
I don't know a single obese person who eats well and exercises, problem solved. Why do we need all these books and studies. Come on. 50% of the population doesn't have thyroid problems, they have lazy ass problems. - shutaro, on 06/18/2008, -4/+67Viva la bacon!

TIME PARADOX!!!!! - InvisibleInk, on 06/18/2008, -0/+45How old are you? Just wait, it'll catch up to you.
- kenvsryu, on 06/19/2008, -0/+41Eating a big breakfast at 3am while you're drunk gets you ready for work at 8am.
- DrunkenSavior, on 06/18/2008, -3/+41Pancakes, Sausage, Omeletes, English Muffins, Bacon, Cereal, Ham Steak......
Breakfast really is the best meal of the day! - hirshi, on 06/19/2008, -1/+30Here I'll fill in the blank: "be"
- wynja, on 06/18/2008, -2/+29Yeah, I know people like you. Your a rarity, since your genes are bad news when there are famines. Most of us on the other hand are much better at converting our food to fat.
- mgill3, on 06/19/2008, -2/+25I've actually started eating differently lately. I used to have a Starbucks iced tea, and a little bakery for breakfast, a full lunch, and a full dinner, and then go to sleep on a full stomach. Now, after reading a little about Asian culture and how they basically do it the opposite way, I realize to myself, well that makes sense...
Now, I have a hearty breakfast and fill myself up, then while working during the day I think it kinda burns it off, I then will have a small lunch to hold myself over, and NO dinner... instead, I snack on things like crackers, nuts and/or fruit and have some things to drink like water, juice, maybe a bottle of Gran Spumante, whatever I feel...
Anyway, I've been feeling MUCH better (less full, don't have that guilty FAT feeling while going to bed after consuming a Dominos pizza) so we'll see if that translates to losing wait, I think it will. - djadamjay, on 06/19/2008, -0/+23Wording a good title may a good way to get diggs
- centran, on 06/18/2008, -1/+22You want another good way to lose weight?
Every waking hour you should eat something every 2 hours. Doesn't matter what. Just eat every 2 hours. It is a lot harder then it sounds. It keep you metabolism constantly going. For those that think one would eat too much... trust me; you will learn right quick that you can't eat like a pig because in 2 hours you will not feel like eating but you cannot just skip it as that is the key for it to work. - jcaino, on 06/19/2008, -1/+16Seriously, I always thought this was common sense - eat a meal early to get your metabolism going...then eat multiple small meals throughout the day. Snacking is not bad, provided that you mind your choice of snack and quantity.
- x0rcist, on 06/19/2008, -1/+14And probably a huge ass lunch and a huge ass dinner and a huge ass desserty.
Big breakfast, medium lunch, small dinner, snacks when you're hungry. But it also depends on what you're eating not just how much. Healthier foods will yield a healthier body even if you eat a ***** of it. - Vzylexy, on 06/19/2008, -0/+13I'm compiling god damnit!
- imashmuck, on 06/19/2008, -0/+11What if I want to gain weight?
- OUChevelleSS, on 06/19/2008, -1/+11You mean having a normal food schedule and eating when I'm hungry in the morning is beneficial?! Amazing!
- Tyr7BE, on 06/19/2008, -0/+9Breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, dinner like a pauper.
- jcorn1, on 06/18/2008, -0/+9Yes, breakfast rocks my day :) and makes weight loss that much easier. The caffeine in that cup of coffee doesn't hurt either.
- Chakz, on 06/19/2008, -2/+10Fact: It does not matter what time of day you eat. It is what and how much you eat and how much physical activity you do during the whole day that determines whether you gain, lose, or maintain your weight. No matter when you eat, your body will store extra calories as fat.

http://www.irishhealth.com/index.html?level=4&id=8 ... - maxer64, on 06/19/2008, -0/+7A big bowl of grape nuts for breakfast, small meals for the rest of the day, don't eat junk food after 8 pm. If you want to lose weight fast do that. Worked for me - 250 to 180 in 8 months.
- oilcan, on 06/19/2008, -2/+8ever notice how everything you ever like to do is the opposite of what you should do? who was the ***** that designed reality this way >:(
- crapmatic, on 06/19/2008, -2/+8Am I out in left field suggesting that a huge breakfast jump-starts APPETITE? Every damn time I've had a big breakfast, I end up ravenous all day. Skip breakfast and I forget about meals and snacks during the day. Is anyone with me on this? I'm not trying to be adversarial about this... I'd eat a big breakfast if it wasn't something that tanked my diet for the day.
- x0rcist, on 06/19/2008, -1/+7That's called being a nerd. Welcome to the party.
- x0rcist, on 06/19/2008, -1/+7Only if it consists of a spicy chicken crunchwrap supreme.

- x0rcist, on 06/19/2008, -1/+63 eggs and a bowl of oatmeal with peanut butter, banana and cinnamon and a glass of whole milk = breakfast of champions
- iMick, on 06/19/2008, -1/+6I would digg you twice if I could. Annoying internet meme actually used in the correct context. Kudos sir.
- Areiadebondi, on 06/19/2008, -1/+6Im a nutritionist, and most fat ppl asking me to help them with their diet actually eat nothing in the morning.
- toppgun, on 06/19/2008, -0/+5I used to be like that. Then I started going to the gym and now all those extra calories are helping me gain weight in a good way. If I dont work out I dont gain weight at all.
- MaddieCakes, on 06/19/2008, -2/+7I'm on the Abs Diet, and that's the big philosophy. Eat more (as long as it's GOOD stuff), and you'll lose more. I've lost 2 inches around my midsection already, and it's only been a week.
- faceless323, on 06/19/2008, -1/+6Drink a lot of beer and/or go on a midnight food run.
- tanlaan, on 06/19/2008, -1/+6Dugg up for the bacon =]
- relaxeder, on 04/17/2009, -0/+5I have a horrible diet. Most days see me eating no breakfast, a couple small snacks during the afternoon and then a big dinner at night. I'm not overweight but I've put on a little bit recently, and I've heard the same thing before about dieting and weight loss. One of the biggest factors to keeping a healthy weight is just making sure you eat three solid meals. Breakfast really is the most important, not only for your mind but also for your metabolism.
- Onyxblaze, on 06/19/2008, -1/+6That wouldn't taste very good though...
- rukeypoo, on 06/19/2008, -0/+5Really? A headache from one missing helping verb?
- Stonekeeper, on 06/19/2008, -0/+5MOAR BOAR!
- idleidol, on 06/19/2008, -0/+4Lunchtime doubly so.
- Dufresne, on 06/19/2008, -2/+6So many people seem to be looking for the easy solution to lose weight, but really there isn't one. If you starve yourself, you may lose weight, but you will get less healthy.
The only only way to actually get healthier is to get off your ass and exercise! - izikdela, on 06/19/2008, -0/+4Who is Dennis? Is he your butler? I think I would still prefer Denny's over your butler.
I'm only kidding. Don't get butt-hurt now. :] - twiztidsinz, on 06/19/2008, -0/+4OH SHI----
- IntellEJent, on 06/19/2008, -0/+4Time is an illusion.
- matterball, on 06/19/2008, -1/+5Thank you. You saved me the trouble. And plus your comment was better than mine would've been anyway.
- endlessoul, on 06/19/2008, -0/+4Reverse it. Eat a little for breakfast but eat 3 pound cakes immediately before bed.
You could theoretically gain weight. - breezytrees, on 06/19/2008, -0/+4hey look! you have a new reason too!
