In nature a more rapid maturing prccess would come about due to an environment that has a highly likely hood of premature death or high infant mortaility rate. But that's not what is happening in human society.....women are waiting longer and longer to have kids and the life expectency is increasing for the human race. So something else must becausing this....I'm willing to bet a dollar it's the growth hormones in the meat and dairy products.
