  • crevecoeur, on 05/22/2008, -0/+0If you do suffer from back pain or other uncomfortable symptoms, don't wait too long to seek help. Your body will start to conform to changes that are happening. You don't want to know how I know this.

    After a few days you should start to see improvement. IF this isn't the case my recommendation is to get it checked out.
