We currently operate under a system of corporate socialism, AKA fascism, where all policies address the collective needs of the corporation. Profits (benefits) are privatized and protected above all other concerns in society, while costs are socialized and put upon employees and citizens.

  • dreemreeper, on 07/14/2008, -0/+3although i dont totally disagree with your comment, there is a good chance he wasnt actually elected either time. thats the unfortunate thing about having our votes counted by machines manufactured by a private corporation whos ceo is a leader in the republican party and who told bush "dont worry, we will deliver ohio to you". and currently there is no checks, balances or any way to verify votes on these machines. even our own government is not allowed to look inside the machines that choose our government-its considered trade secrets.
