- Zed00, on 07/28/2008, -0/+4There's no definitive research linking cell phones and the electromagnetic radiation that they produce, to brain cancer. In fact, nearly all research to date has found no link at all. That said, I have a newborn son and I'm glad there will be loads more research on the subject before I have to worry about letting him use a cell.
- jcl777, on 07/28/2008, -0/+2I'm not a parent so maybe someone who is could explain this to me...why is a kid having a cell phone such a bad thing? What horrible consequences could result from a child being "too young" to have a cell phone? As long as they can keep track of it, and assuming the whole brain cancer thing is bunk, whats the big deal?
