- weirdralph, on 11/09/2009, -0/+2I had a chronic cough for several years until my choir director advised me to start taking over-the-counter allergy medicine once per day. I started taking the generic Zyrtec every night a couple of years ago, and the chronic cough hasn't bothered me ever since.

They say it's acid reflux, I think it my mom's inability to tidy up the house with all her stuff. She is definitely not dirty, just a pack rat. We got her one of those Sharper Image Ionic Breeze machines and wouldn't you know it, the damned thing filled up within a week.
I keep hearing how bad indoor air pollution can be for people. Perhaps it is worth investing into a good air filtering system.
