CNN takes down mushroom article after pressure from the DEA/concerned moms

maps.org — NEW YORK: People who took an illegal drug made from mushrooms reported profound mystical experiences that led to behavior changes lasting for weeks. Volunteers rated their reaction to the drug, called psilocybin, as one of the most meaningful or spiritually significant experiences of their lives. Some compared it to the birth of a child.

    I personally know people who have done some crazy things because of shrooms, my friend who was a fairly heavy cig smoker tripped with me about 5 months ago, and since that night, sitting on on his back deck out of our minds, has not smoked a single cig. He says that they are simply too dirty for him :-)

Who have eaten the mushrooms without knowing of their hallucinatory effects believe they have had an unprovoked religious experience.
